My first guest in the podcast is Steven Kotler.
Steven Kotler is a New York Times bestselling author, award-winning journalist, and co-founder and director of research for the Flow Genome Project.
He works with Google, The Navy Seals, Red Bull Athletes and other high performers to research Flow States & Peak Performance. Together with his wife Joy Nicholson he co-founded the Rancho de Chihuahua dog sanctuary in New Mexico.
